Poor quality of the products and horrible customer serviceOrdered a few bags from that site. Not to mention those are poor quality and not as on the pictures. On the attempt to return it I am countered “full return policy “- which is not listed online- 20$ for processing return and shipping to Australia at your own expense. Not to mention the resistance you have to go through with the their customer service. Save your money. Same poor quality, horrible customer service and hidden policies you can get cheaper anywhere else. TEMU is way better with the same chance of a getting a cute purse
